WE HAVE AN OPEN CALL TUESDAY FROM 3PM TO 5PMCook Tapas Bar & Cocktail Bar (Same Owners, Side by Side) We’re looking for cooks to join our team at two spots right next to each other — a lively Spanish tapas bar and a craft cocktail bar with great good food . Both are owned by the same crew, and we’re building a tight kitchen team that can support both places. At the tapas bar: You’ll be cooking small plates and shareable dishes. We focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients with a Spanish twist. Fast-paced but fun environment — lots of energy, lots of food flying out. At the cocktail bar: Think elevated bar food! Smaller kitchen so you’ll run your station more independently. What we’re looking for: Some kitchen experience (Spanish/Mediterranean or bar food is a plus, but not required). Someone who can stay cool under pressure and move fast during service. A team player with a good attitude — no egos, we all help each other. Reliable, clean, and able to work nights/weekends.
